I bring deep expertise in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, with a proven track record of designing and delivering programmes that create real cultural change across public, private, and voluntary sector organisations.
I have delivered unconscious bias and EDI training programmes for the public and private sector, senior leadership teams, and executive boards—programmes that not only challenge thinking but inspire action. Feedback consistently highlights my engaging delivery style, practical insights, and ability to make difficult subjects accessible and impactful.
As the former Board Champion for Inclusion at the CIPD, I have shaped national conversations on workplace inclusion and designed content for the CIPD’s EDI Accredited Programme. I also created the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Certificate Level 2, ensuring individuals and organisations alike have the tools to embed inclusive practices.
My consultancy work with the Green Park DICE team involved running focus groups and 1:1 interviews with senior leaders at major organisations —helping them to understand barriers, unlock inclusion, and build cultures of belonging.
Alongside training and strategy, I have carried out sensitive employee relations investigations into racial, gender, and disability discrimination and harassment—giving me unique insight into the lived realities of exclusion and how organisations can prevent and address it.
Previously, as HR Director in an international relief and development charity, I led inclusion efforts across 40 countries. At headquarters alone, where 60 languages were spoken, I created systems and cultures to enable collaboration across diverse ethnicities, cultures, and faiths.
As a judge for major awards including the CIPD’s Inclusion Award, the HR Excellence Awards, and the Culture Pioneers Awards—I have a front-row seat to what truly works in advancing inclusion.
As a visiting lecturer at Birmingham City University, I teach international master’s students, enriching my practice with diverse perspectives and global insights. My extensive travels further deepen my appreciation of the cultural richness that defines humanity.
