  • Chartered Fellow of the CIPD – reflecting my leadership and contribution to the people profession.

  • Masters in Human Resource Management – graduating with distinction in each of the three years of study.

  • Fellow of the ACCA – demonstrating my financial acumen and ability to link HR strategy to financial sustainability.

  • Diploma in Charity Accounting (ICAEW) – equipping me with specialist knowledge in governance and accountability within complex organisations.
