I have the distinction of having qualifications in two different disciplines granting me unique perspectives and an added value focused on the two most important resources in any organisation - People and Money.
I am a qualified chartered fellow of the CIPD and have a Masters in Human Resource Management achieving a distinction in each of the 3 years of study. In addition I am a fellow of the ACCA and hold a diploma in Charity Accounting ICAEW.
I have delivered ILM accredited management development programmes nationally and internationally and am a certified ILM, Adair International trainer and MBTI practitioner.
In recognition of my standing in the HR community I have judged numerous prestigious awards including the HR Excellence Awards and the CIPD Awards for many years.
