Long before Marvel, DC, Doctor Who, Star Wars & sci-fi in general became trendy, I was a bed ridden asthmatic that grew up reading comics about amazing heroes saving people, making a difference and generally doing the right thing.

This hard wired my thinking and shaped my early years following me into my professional career. so deciding on my consultancy business name - this felt like the natural, obvious choice.

HR is well placed to not only be strategic but be 'heroic' by making work better and holding that important place in the organisation championing values and generally doing the right thing.
