A skilled public speaker having delivered many presentations as a HR and OD specialist in front of a range of audiences, big and small, nationally and internationally using expertise, passion and humour to deliver key messages and engage with the audience.

Events include the DTI on the world post 9/11, the HRD summit Europe on Strategic HR, Croner HR summit on Values, and chaired a number of CIPD conferences on topics such as well being, diversity and agility in changing times.

Other smaller scale events include workshops and round tables contributing to discussions on strategic HR, shaping the profession, and adding value.

Speaker style is conversational, engaging, fun whilst also respecting the levels of seniority and experience often in the audience.
